How it works
1
Describe the job
The machine, the height or the load, the address, the day. Photos of the site help the operator bring the right thing.
2
A local operator takes it
We pass the request to an operator who works in your area. Your request page shows when they accept and at what price.
3
The machine arrives
The operator brings it on the day you set, and takes it away when you are done. You pay them directly.
Questions
What people ask before their first booking.
Do I pay you?
No. You agree the price with the operator and pay them directly, usually after the job.
Does the machine come with an operator?
Cranes and excavators always do. Cherry pickers, scissor lifts, telehandlers, mini diggers and bobcats can come with one or without — you choose in the request.
How far ahead should I book?
A day or two is usually enough for a lift or a digger on private land. A crane or a lift standing on a public road needs a permit from the municipality first — in Limassol that is about 20 working days.
The access to my site is narrow. Is that a problem?
Say so in the request. A 1-tonne digger passes a 90 cm gate; most boom lifts need 1.5 m or more. The operator picks a machine that fits.
Can I cancel?
Yes — tell the operator as early as you can. The usual rule on the island: less than 48 hours before, half of the first day is charged.
What if nobody can take the job?
Then we tell you on your request page and by message, so you are not left waiting.
